Mark has been practicing law in the Port Macquarie, Laurieton and Wauchope areas for many years. Mark is the legal practitioner director of the firm Local Lawyer & Conveyancer Pty Ltd and is
dedicated to seeing the best possible outcomes achieved for his, and the firm’s, clients. Along with this desire for great outcomes comes a dedication to effecting caring, considerate
and confidential dealings with his clients. Mark is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and holds a Masters in Applied Law – Family Law as well as being experienced in
many other areas of law including Criminal and Civil Law, Estate Planning and Estate Disputes, (such as claims by persons left out of a Will or left inadequate provision).
GEORGIA BOLAND
Georgia has many years of experience in Conveyancing having first started her career in Sydney in 1995 along the Northern Beaches. Georgia has a great deal of knowledge and experience
and it is her wealth of experience that brings comfort to our clients. Georgia is very happy to sit down and explain the process of buying or selling a property and will go over the contract in great detail with you to ensure that you are comfortable with the process, but most importantly, that you have the necessary information to allow you to make the right choices when buying or selling your home. Georgia looks forward to being able to assist you with your purchase or sale and is also able to assist you with Retirement village leases, business purchases and sales and leasing in general.
LAVENA BALL
Lavena has had many years of experience as a legal secretary in Port Macquarie before becoming a solicitor. Lavena has a keen interest in criminal law and was awarded a double degree in Law and Criminology from UNE. Lavena is an enthusiastic and dedicated advocate and is very keen to help those in her community who may have found themselves in trouble with the law for a criminal or traffic matter or would like assistance in family law matters.
Lavena is also able to assist with Conveyancing, Estate Planning and Estate dispute matters.
